  • Going the Extra Mile

Not all chiropractor's are willing to go the extra mile like you are though and make sure they are available for their patients even when it might not be convenient for them. I told Tori that I had NEVER met anyone who was as passionate and loved what they do as much as you.

    Thanks for all the help!

  • You Changed My Life!

Thanks for the inspiring note in the mail. Of all of the patients you have and as busy as you are, you took the time to send me a note in the mail believing in me. You're awesome.

My life wouldn't be the same without you. I hope one day I can change a life like you've changed mine. You ALWAYS put life in perspective and I appreciate you.

  • Part of the Family

I am struck by how at ease I am with you. You are great to my family, and I can never say thank you enough. I am still amazed at what you have done for my back, but also for our family's health. Your positive outlook on life, how you got to where you are, and the smiles on your face and the staff's ability to laugh, makes all the difference in my outlook. I look forward to walking in your door and seeing the "miles of smiles". Your much more than "our chiropractor", you are a part of our family.

  • Care for the Whole Family

Our extended family has been patronizing this facility for better than two years. They are pleasant, accommodating, efficient, and helpful. The gentleman in charge possesses the energy of someone younger in years, which he sustains throughout the day. The knowledge that he displays and the results that are a consequence of his analysis and treatment appears to be fortified by the presence of a consistently occupied waiting area and the congeniality that clients experience... a contrast to what one normally incurs when seeking attention for physical shortcomings.

Our Vision

This page of our website is extremely important because it provides an opportunity to truly reveal our passion, our vision, our drive and our overriding purpose in life.

With this being said, we desire to emphasize, why we do, what we do:

Our mission is to make the world a better place for all of the children and to create an extraordinary experience for our community…

Our country continues to get sicker with each passing year and the statistics are staggering. Did you realize that for the first time in history that this generation of children will not outlive their parents? How could this have taken place in a country that has all of the opportunity, all of the money, all of the human resources, but yet ALL OF THE LIFESTYLE DISEASE?

The choices that we make are leading to our demise, but now you have to make a CHOICE that could truly change YOUR world forever….WILL YOU BE PART OF THE PROBLEM OR THE SOLUTION?

We pose this question with nothing but the highest degree of respect because there is no right or wrong answer, and instead your decision will be based on what you desire from your life.

As our world gets sicker, your life can get healthier, and we are confident that what we offer you at our facility will help you develop a foundation for your health going forward. Therefore, if you are ready to take action, then please call the phone number below because it would be our honor to help you enhance the quality of your life.

Meet the Team

  • Dr. Matthew Claggett

I’m originally from Rockwall, Texas where I went to play college football at Texas A&M Commerce receiving a Bachelors degree in Human Performance and immediately became interested in health. I went to chiropractic school at Parker University where I received the education to help take care of family members of all ages. I love to serve families and have taken 2 mission trips to Haiti in order to bring healing to the less fortunate.

The path that led me to becoming a family Chiropractor started with my little brother. He was diagnosed with Autism at an early age and experienced bad tantrums, social disconnectedness and unable to return love and affection to those that loved him.

Despite traditional routes to help manage symptoms, nothing improved and seemed to only get worse as he got older. On the advice of a friend, we sent him to a Chiropractor and the results were more than we could have hoped for. Over the course of his care he was calmer, able to sit still in class and even gives family members hugs. He is currently driving, going to college and reconnecting in ways we didn’t know were possible. This experience has given me the drive and passion to be a family Chiropractor; to help build happy healthy families and to be there for those who have seemingly run out of options.

As my brother has taught me, the body is amazing in its ability to heal and reach higher levels of function when barriers are removed. Thank you for taking the time to learn about me and I look forward to serving you and your family.

  • My name is Krysta Hartline. I have lived in Omaha Nebraska my whole life. I am a part time dance teacher. My favorite type of dance is clogging, which a lot of people mistake for wooden shoes, but that is not the case. Clogging is much like tap but faster and with a double tap on the bottom of the shoe instead of just one. I also like to travel and hope to someday go to Europe. My family is one of the most important things in my life and I wouldn’t change them for the world. My favorite color is blue, but not a normal blue I like a teal, blue-green. I have two sugar gliders, one rat, and five dogs. I love working at Koca Chiropractic because I get to help families get more out of life!!

  • Hi! I’m Becca! Born in Omaha and raised in Fort Calhoun. I’m a small town girl that enjoys spending time with friends and family. Family is my everything. I love being a big sister to my 6 amazing siblings. Summer is my favorite time of the year because I love being on the river. Tubing, jet skiing, boating and swimming are how I spend my summer days. I also enjoy bonfires in the fall, movie nights in the winter and mud fights in the spring. I enjoy working at Koca Chiropractic because I get to be me and have fun!!

  • Hello, my name is Beth Mesenbrink. I am recently new to Koca Chiropractic. I was born in South Dakota and now live in Omaha Nebraska. When I am not at Koca Chiropractic I enjoy going to movies, my favorite movies are Lord of the Rings trilogy along with all the Hobbit films. Spending time outdoors is also an enjoyable past time of mine. To name a couple activities that I do outside would have to be running, and also going to the Black Hills for camping and trail riding on four wheelers. Since I have been living in Nebraska I have become a huge Husker fan. From my short time here at Koca Chiropractic I have been learning a lot and understanding even more about the incredible benefits of Chiropractic care such as boosting the immune system and adjusting babies to help keep them healthy!

Our Technique

Clarence Gonstead Chiropractic Omaha Nebraska e1394785281377

The “Gonstead Chiropractor”

The Gonstead Chiropractor goes beyond what many chiropractors consider a spinal assessment by conducting a thorough analysis of your spine using five criteria to detect the presence of the vertebral subluxation complex.

Visualization – Visualization is a way to cross reference all the other findings. Your chiropractor is an expert in looking for subtle changes in your posture and movement which could indicate any problems.

Instrumentation – The instrument of choice in the Gonstead System is the Nervoscope. The Nervoscope detects uneven distributions of heat along the spine which can be indicative of inflammation and nerve pressure. This instrument is guided down the length of your back and feels like two fingers gliding down each side of your spine.

Static Palpation – This is simply the process of feeling (or palpating) your spine in a stationary (or static) position. Your chiropractor will feel for the presence of swelling (or edema), tenderness and any abnormal texture or tightness in the muscles and other tissues of your back.

Motion Palpation – This process involves feeling the spine while moving and bending it at various angles. This enables the chiropractor to determine how easily or difficult each segment in your spine moves in different directions.

X-Ray Analysis – x-ray films enable your doctor to visualize the entire structure of your spine. This is helpful in evaluating posture, joint and disc integrity, vertebral misalignments and ruling out any pathologies, or recent fractures that may be present or contributing to the patient’s condition. These full-spine radiographs are taken in the standing, weight-bearing position to fully substantiate the examination findings.
