Meet our Doctors
Dr. Lyle Koca
Chiropractor
“My journey into Chiropractic began at the age of 15 when I experienced a condition that disallowed me from enjoying my youth. After suffering for weeks with lower back pain and taking drug after drug, that did nothing to give me any relief, and more importantly did not address WHY I was suffering, I literally crawled across the street to our local Doctor of Chiropractic. From that moment on the passion to pursue and participate in this great profession began!!!”
Dr. Koca is an Honors Graduate of Palmer College. While there, he had an opportunity to intern and later become Head Intern at the famous Troxell Chiropractic Clinic. This offered him an opportunity to work side by side with Dr. Larry Troxell who refined his skills with Dr. Clarence Gonstead. As a result of this experience Dr. Koca attended hundred of hours of Advanced Gonstead Training and was allowed the opportunity to work side by side with many clinically advanced Doctors of Chiropractic.
After establishing Koca Chiropractic Clinic, Dr. Koca has remained an active member of the Omaha, NE community by speaking to many groups and organizations, both young and old, contributing to charities and has been chosen as the Best of Omaha on numerous occasions.
Dr. Koca’s peers have twice chosen him as Chiropractor of the Year. He was also awarded the “Passionator” Award, the Doctor who shows the most passion for his profession, and is the founder of EPOC Nebraska, a group dedicated to Elevating and Educating the People of the Community.

The body is a self-regulating, self-maintaining organism that is controlled and regulated by the nerve system. If there is an interruption in the nerve system, the body’s ability to function fully is diminished. Every experience you have is through your nerve system. If that interruption occurs the essence of life is diminished. Doctors of Chiropractic are the only health professionals that detect this interruption, called a Vertebral Subluxation Complex. It is our purpose to inspire, promote and celebrate healthy lifestyles by detecting the subluxation and guiding our practice members to a new experience of life.
Dr. Matthew J. Francoeur
Chiropractor
“I’m Dr. Matt Francoeur and I knew from an early age where my passion would take me.
“My introduction to Chiropractic was through my younger brother Eric. He was 5 years old and having migraine headaches for the previous 2+years. These headaches weren’t the type to take aspirin and it goes away, these were near daily, debilitating headaches where the only relief came from when he passed out from nausea and pain. My parents tried everything and sought advice from local pediatricians to regional specialists. They tried all sorts of medications, diets and exercises for THREE YEARS with no improvement. Can you imagine a 5 year old boy in excruciating pain every week for years??? Finally on the advice of my grandmother, my parents took Eric to a Chiropractor. Within a few adjustments my little brother could go to school and concentrate for an entire day without having to come home in pain. I didn’t fully comprehend what had happened but instead of Eric being shut out in a dark quiet room passing out from pain he was outside playing baseball with his big brother. I was only 7 years old, but I knew something amazing happened. Since then I knew I wanted to do that. I wanted to be a Chiropractor that could change lives. I wanted to share and help other families experience the life changing power of Chiropractic.
“I’m originally from Omaha and began my collegiate education at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, where I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry while playing soccer and where I discovered my love of golf. I fulfilled my dream of being a Chiropractor when I achieved my Doctorate from Cleveland Chiropractic College. I’m proud to call myself a Chiropractor and I look forward to every morning where I have the opportunity to help people better live their lives through Chiropractic.
“Proper spinal health is crucial because every cell, organ, muscle and function is controlled by your nervous system. You live your life through your nerve system and if there are subluxations (misalignments) in the spine then there is a direct effect on the nervous system and can cause pain and dysfunction in the body. Chiropractic restores natural function and can help everyone live the life they were meant to and not be limited by their body. I’m dedicated to helping as many people as possible achieve their health goals through Chiropractic care, education and living a wellness lifestyle.”

“An amazing potential lies inside each and every one of us. The difference between us all is how we CHOOSE to use it. My passion is to help as many people as possible, especially children, experience their own unique, God-given potential to its fullest.
“We will start by looking at the three areas of your life: physical, chemical, and mental/emotional to uncover any stressors that may be keeping you from expressing your true self. Then we create a ‘Game-plan’ that will allow us to peel back the layers of stress and begin to re-create the ‘True You!’
“I discovered this passion after my own experience with Chiropractic while playing football in college. My encounter changed the way I look at health and life. This led me to enroll at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa where I learned how to help others have this same experience. Since graduating, I have completed certifications in Wellness and also in Pediatrics to enhance my ability to help others.
My wife, Andrea and I, have three amazing daughters; Halle, Ella, and Maya. Our greatest joy is watching them grow and experience new things each and every day. In my recreation time I enjoy reading and training for triathlons and endurance sports. I am a self-proclaimed sports nut and spend many of my fall weekends watching the Huskers on Saturdays and the Chicago Bears on Sundays.
“I strive to be the best at what I do, that is helping you experience the true, authentic potential that you have deep inside. Together we will help you reach your dreams and goals with lots of fun and laughter along the way. I thank you for taking some of your time to learn about me. I look forward to getting to know all about you and your dreams very soon!” – Dr. Mike
